This article is a guide to help you answer questions about each field while creating a  Remarkable Venture listing.

Creating a Remarkable Venture Listing

Contact Info: (Required)

Complete all fields in the contact information.  This information will not be on your listing.

 

Website:  (Optional)

This is an optional field available for view by community members.  Add your website link or a link to a Youtube video about your product if you prefer.

  • Avoid adding any links that might jeopardize your intellectual property. 

 

Logo: (Optional)

This is an optional field that is visible to all users.  If you have a logo, you may attach it here.

 

Image Gallery: (Optional)

This is an optional field that is visible to all users. Upload 1 to 3 visuals (pictures or video) that represent the problem or Listing Title and captures the company’s interest.

* Ensure that pictures or videos uploaded to this website are legal to use and not copyrighted by someone else. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material can result in legal action and removal from the site.

Tips:

  • Visuals are the first thing that draws a company to your listing.  Companies must resonate with visual to entice them into learning more. 
  • Select pictures or video that will stand out or help the customer picture themselves having the same problem or enjoying the benefits of the solution. 
  • Use good quality media and lighting.
  • If you use a video, make sure it is concise (recommended less than 45 seconds in length).  Make sure the starting video frame is best on initial glance.

 

PDF Files: (Optional)

This is an optional field available for view by community members only.  Upload PDF documents related to your listing. 

  • Avoid adding any files that might jeopardize your intellectual property. 
  • If you already have patent protection, files such as sales sheets or market research may be attached.

 

Tags and Keywords:  (Optional)

Add tags and keywords to help users find your listing. 

  • Separate each word or phrase with a comma, 
  • These are not shown in the listing and will only help the search engine find your listing when keywords are searched.
  • Tags Keywords are words related to your listing that are not included in your listing.

Congratulations, you have completed your listing and are ready to publish! 

 

Once published, your listing will be reviewed by Remarkable Venture before it goes live. 
You can make changes to your listing by using the pencil icon at the top right corner of your listing or listing card. 
Each change is subject to approval so please try to minimize the number of changes made.  The previous version of your listing will remain live until the new version is approved.
