Companies sometimes refuse to sign individual non-disclosure agreements (NDA) because the wrong terms could inversely affect their business. Remarkable Venture uses a simple and impartial NDA to minimize risk for both parties.

The right NDA is not only smart for both parties but can provide confidence during the discussion to help fully articulate an idea. Trust is built over time and the framework at RemarkableVenture.com helps jumpstart a trusting relationship.

A good goal is to target 20 – 30 views.  Remarkable Venture works hard to attract innovation seeking companies in all categories.  We continuously focus awareness campaigns for companies and community members.  As a listing owner you can also share listing links with potential companies you identify to increase views and assure that your goal is reached.

We do not guarantee successful results. Our goal is to get the right innovative seeking companies to view your listing. We also provide blogs, links and a community of inventors and companies to give feedback and help you optimize for success.

Remarkable Venture provides non-disclosure agreements for each listing inquiry. The inventor has access to each agreement and can provide them for peace of mind that the idea is held in confidence until protections can be added or your market is established. Once an agreement has been reached, the inventor should hold additional inquiries.

Ratings and reviews are an important part of the Remarkable Venture process.  They are provided to allow constructive feedback from the community so that each member can identify areas of improvement and make changes on listings and on community interaction.  A listing owner has the ability to rate their own listing once.  We suggest using reviews to show improvements to the listing that offsets a rating from another community member. (Note: Negative comments and unhelpful criticism are not tolerated within the community.  Associated ratings, reviews and community members may be subject to removal.) Companies have the ability to view reviews as well and can gain insight from interactions.
